At Nexus Permanent Jewelry, each piece is custom-fit and crafted with care to create a lasting, meaningful experience. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry and the welding process, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on permanent jewelry or customized pieces.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If you experience any issue with your jewelry — such as a broken chain or faulty weld — please contact us at nexuspermanentjewelry@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We are happy to offer a complimentary repair.

Repairs may be available for a small fee, depending on the nature of the repair.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to misuse, stretching, or regular wear and tear.
• Chain styles vary in delicacy, and some thinner chains require more gentle wear.
• Clasps, connectors and charms (if purchased) are final sale and are non-refundable.
• All sales are final on piercing services.
